Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at www.tipsdekika.com. All of KRMODA .LLC's Digital goods will have immediate delivery.

In regards to physical goods:

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time.

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, seven days a week via our website. 


We do charge for your order at time of purchase and will ship your order as quickly as possible. In some cases, shipping may be delayed due to out of stock items or long delivery times.


If you have any questions regarding a product (ie. color, size, weight, material, texture, etc.) we can be reached at preguntame@tipsdekika.com.


All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

After shipment, orders are expected to arrive in 5 to 7 business days. Please, take into consideration delays that may occur due to Covid-19.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Orders will be shipped by USPS first class mail in most cases or using other carriers in certain particular situations as the company sees fit in order to provide the best possible service.

Please consider that due to Covid-19  there could be delays in your shipping

Please keep in mind that the delivery clock starts when the package is in the hands of the carrier, not when the order is placed.


We do our best to fulfill your order as quickly as possible, however sometimes items are out of stock at time of purchase or unexpected delays may occur. If the item that you ordered is out of stock we will happily email you with information on when you can expect your order. 


Most items will be shipped directly from our warehouse in Mamaroneck, NY however any items drop-shipped directly from a vendor may take longer to process. If you need rush delivery, please contact customer service prior to ordering.

We do not ship internationally at this time.


International Shipping

We ship internationally with DHL and/or UPS.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.



Damages

www.tipsdekika.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us so we can contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Unfortunately sometimes damages occur in shipping. We are so sorry if this happens to you. If you receive your item and it is damaged please email preguntame@tipsdekika.com with photos of the damage and you order number. 

We will happily file a claim and process a replacement or a refund for the item that your received. Do not throw the item out. 

We will email instructions on how to proceed with the claims process. 

Please note that ALL damages need to be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of your merchandise. 

Replacement and or refunds cannot be guaranteed on damaged merchandise that is not reported in a timely manner.


Refunds for damaged items will be processed back to the original form of payment. 


PRODUCT NOTATIONS:

Please note that some of our products are vintage textiles, and vintage reclaimed pieces, therefore they may have blemishes. This is part of the beauty of the product. These items are meant to be unique, therefore the product cannot be considered defective.


Every monitor shows color differently. If you have any questions on a product's color or texture please email preguntame@tipsdekika.com. We do our best to send additional photos and answer any questions that you may have.


Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. www.tipsdekika.com will do its best to resolve any issue on a case by case basis.
